My Opinion

Without mentioning these products to anyone, I have been using them daily, even when I was dead on my feet last week with my Daughter being in hospital.  We met with friends at the weekend and they all mentioned how well I looked even though I had less make up on than usual.  I then mentioned the products and they all agreed that it must be working (they have known me a long time).  I have also been taking the supplements each day and have found that they are working without me realising, I suffer with IBS and stress is one of my flags for it.  With everything going on last week I felt fine.  So my overall initial impression is this is the miracle products I have been waiting for.

    1. My tip for beauty is facial yoga massage – amazing how much tension release occurs the first time. Lots of books and vids online about it but you can also just use a facial oil and massage the main cheek and jaw muscles and you’ll get an effect.

  1. My favourite beauty tip is to wear sunscreen on your face and hands every day. Even through winter. Sun damage ages you more than anything.

  2. When your mascara is running low, add a couple of eye drops to it and give it a good shake – you’ll get a couple more weeks out of it!

  3. Drink lots of water… I love it because it really does help and my skin has such a glow when hydrated that I feel great.

  4. For dull and lifeless skin, mix apple juice with honey. Apply a thin layer to your face, and leave it for 5 minutes.

  5. Cleansing is so important, I always double cleanse using a balm or hot cleanse and polish product first then Micellar water and konjac sponge to finish off.

  6. Coconut oil is a multi-tasking natural beauty wonder! It’s great at getting off waterproof mascara and a body moisturiser, as well as for dry hair tips.

  7. i always always always make sure i take my make up off at night and do my proper skin care routine even when i really cant be bothered

  8. If you like gardening like I do… run your finger nails over a bar of soap before gardening, you will find that your nails will stay a lot clearner
