I definitely think the pros outweigh the cons. Unlike tiles, a mirror splash back is so much more easier to clean as it has no grooves and it really does reflect light well. Also great to see if someone is going to jump on you from behind you so no nasty sneak attacks, haha

They do look great but more for a show kitchen as it isn’t very practical
You can get protector you can put on, which I only know through my husband which would help with the cleaning
We currently have tiles and they are so difficult to keep clean properly, I would love to replace them with something.
We have a stainless steel back splash at the moment, which is harder to keep clean than you would think

My grandmother always said mirrors were the dirtiest backsplashes, but they look so nice! There are good arguments both ways.

Ooh, I love the idea of mirrored splashbacks! It does give that touch of elegance in the kitchen. And although it would require regular cleaning, I won’t mind because my kitchen would look really pretty!

This is an interesting style. I think I would not want a true mirror or something too shiny, as it would show dirt on it. But this is a nice concept!
It would show any splash but it if you keep on top of it, it will keep clean and shiny

Kitchen backsplashes can be stunning if done properly. I’ve never seen a mirror version of backsplash, that is a cool idea and as you said, it makes the kitchen look bigger.
Kitchen splashbacks are great and a mirror version is great for kitchens that need that extra bit of natural light or space

This looks great in your kitchen. For me, it would be both stylish and practical, as the mirror would reflect light and make the kitchen brighter; I. know this would help to improve the quality of the photos I take in the kitchen during natural light (it’s awful currently)
Our kitchen does get natural light but not in the right area, to where I would use it which does not help with taking pictures either
