Yumi Nutrition Review

Our health is important, and often our well-being is something we do not look after properly.  I know I am the worlds worst for thinking of myself, and only take a brief step into looking after myself, when I have a meltdown.  Which is why I am sharing with you about Yumi Nutrition.

If you are like me and have the best intention of taking supplements, and start off well and then forget or put off as you do not have a drink to take them with, these are for you.

Who are Yumi

Yumi are a Manchester based company, who have a passion for quality.  They ensure that all their products are made with the best formulas and ingredients so that you absorb the necessary vitamins and minerals in their supplements for the best results.

They know that taking dietary supplements can be an unpleasant experience.  Which is why they have made it their mission to provide quality essential vitamins and supplements in a way that is easy and tasty to consume for both adults and children. Which is why they have produced Yumi gummies.

Yumi Supplements

I was sent three supplements to try to review, which I will share with you below

Lean & Detox (Apple Cider Vinegar With The Mother)

The Lean & Detox Gummies have taken all the raw ingredients and gret health benefits from Apple Cider Vinegar and turned them into an easy to take gummy. Just take 2 a day.

Made with real apples they are 100% organic, vegan friendly and gluten free.

Benefits

  • Will manage weight due to its high levels of acetic acid
  • Helps to curb your appetite and increase your feelings of being full
  • Combats the toxins you eat by increasing good bacteria in your gut
  • Cleanses your body
  • Controls blood sugar levels without a spike in blood sugar levels.  Giving you a more consistent level of energy throughout the day
  • Restores energy when fatigue is related to lactic acid build up in your body when related to exercise or stress

Hair, Skin and Nails (Biotin)

The Hair, Skin and Nail Gummies are formulated to nourish hair, skin and nails from within.  These are great for preventing hair issues, helping with hair loss or helping you have thicker, fuller and healthier hair. Just take 2 a day.

Sleep and Relax (5-HTP)

The Sleep and Relax Gummies contain a naturally occurring compound called 5HTP. Take 2  day

  • They help keep you calm and relaxed by maintaining serotonin levels.
  • 5HTP will also increase your melatonin production naturally

My Opinion

I have only been taking these this week, so too early to give a full review but I have noticed a slight difference.  Which makes me think they are working.  Also being gummies I find them much easier to take as I can take them at any time and can confirm that they all taste lovely .

I am sold on these as it is my ideal way to take supplements for me whether I am home, or dashing off to an appointment where I can pop them in my handbag.

Sunday night, curling up under my blanket with my Kindle and a bottle of Nosecco. My little pre-Monday-morning ritual. 😁 Xx
