How To Get A Good Nights Sleep
1 – A Good Mattress

One common reason we get a bad nights sleep is due to our mattress. We should be changing our mattress every 6-8 years. Changing your mattress takes a lot of time and research to find one that you can both agree on and that will last you. Whether you are looking for the best mattress for side sleepers, hot sleepers, or anything in between, be sure to purchase a mattress that offers a trial period. When did you last change your mattress? Also it may be time to look at updating your bed.
2 – Pillows

We should be changing our pillows every 1-2 years, one way we can keep our pillows in as good a shape as when they were new is to use pillow protectors. There are so many types of pillows on the market from feather to fibres and a variety of support options you are bound to find a pillow perfect for you.
3 – Lavender

Lavender has so many great qualities, and one thing it boasts is helping bring on natural sleep. My daughter suffers with sleep and uses a lavender pillow spray and also takes lavender capsules to help her sleep.
4 – Caffeine

Limit your caffeine before bed, it is a known stimulant that can affect your sleeping pattern
