Looking after ourselves is always important, but more so now with the corona virus. My Opinion

I have tried Beverly Hills Formula previously to this review and have loved their products.  I have been using these products and am very pleased with the results, I have noticed a change and my teeth always feel clean and fresh.

  11. Drink hot water instead of tea or coffee. Been doing this for a year or more and I don’t miss them at all.

  12. My health tip os to make sure you sleep as much as you can! With a good nights sleep you can conquer the world!!

  13. Drink plenty of water, try to do some form of exercise (even just walking!) as often as possible and eat a varied diet.

  14. Brush your teeth at least 3 times a day and if you are dieting and feel peckish brush your teeth, the toothpaste will put you off eating.
