My Opinion
I love these products, they do what they say on the packaging and is not just another gimmick to get us to spend money. Also if your hair is lacking body it will give life to your hair. Definitely a product everyone should try.

Don’t wash hair too frequently.
Get hair trimmed regularly to prevent split ends and keep it in tip top condition
at the moment, wash your hair everytime you leave the house, as Covid-19 lives on hair for up to 12 hours
A cold rinse at the end of a hair wash means shiny hair

Using a hair mask once a week is very good for your hair condition. Also try not to use heated products too often. If you can wrap it in a towel wrap and let it dry out naturally is far better for your hair

Healthy Honey Yogurt Mask
Place 2 Tblsp. of yogurt in small bowl.
Gently warm 1 Tbslp. of honey and 1 Tblsp. of olive oil in a small sauce pan to incorporate (do not overheat.
Apply mask to hair working up from your ends and making sure to massage into your scalp to stimulate circulation.
Rinse after 30-45 min.
