We have made it through one of the longest weeks of my life, to Wednesday. I have had to keep checking which day it is numerous times this week. Time for my weekly round up post Ramblings Of A StressedMum – 21/08/2024.

I am no better with the pain and discomfort all down my left side. Probably wont really get any better until I see Neurology in January, unless it does dramatically disappear.
Last night, I was lying in bed and found a pea sized lump in my right breast. Saw our GP this morning and she could feel it as well. Now, another urgent appointment to the breast clinic. One day I might feel ok for once.
Dad
Last Thursday, I found out my Dad had been hiding a pain in his chest. After speaking to the surgery we rang 111. They sent an ambulance out, who took him to hospital. He came home yesterday with numerous medications and follow up appointment in a couple of weeks time. Not sure what is going on, but they have put him on medication to stop him having a major stroke which he was heading for, so something good has come out of this.
