With the kids back at school, the calmer morning routine has got back to the normal chaos and rush getting everyone back to work and school. I am looking at Having A Healthy Start With Rude Health.

About Rude Health
Rude Health was started around the kitchen table of Nick and Camilla Barnard in 2005. Their first product was the Ultimate Muesli. Now in 2024 Rude Health are found in fridges and cupboards world. Their range is bigger but their approach to all foods remain the same with quality ingredients and nothing refined.
I was asked if I would like to try their range. I was very intrigued to try as we have found that moving from dairy milks has helped C. Plus we love granola and cereals. We have enjoyed trying the following –
- Ultimate Granola
- Chocolate Crunch Granola
- Honey Spelt Puffs
- Coconut Milk
- Almond Milk
Our Thoughts
Although I do like granula, I am more a cereal person. I enjoyed the Honey Spelt Puffs, while my husband and daughter loved both the granolas.
My daughter although loves the smell of coconut but not the taste, so the coconut was down to us to try. I tried it first in a hot chocolate – this was a game changer. I do not like almonds where as my daughter does, she liked this one.
Having a family, we all know that breakfast is the best meal of the day, somehow our kids who are always hungry, decide they do not want their breakfast. Which is why I am sharing a few recipes that are quick and easy or can be eaten on the walk to school if time is limited.

17 September 2024 at 10:13 amI can remember when Rude Health launched. Their products were very welcome then and still are now; it says a lot when any brand endures decades.
Although I’ve never understood how anyone can eat chocolate at breakfast, there are so many products in the Rude Health range that there really is something for everyone. I love their almond granola.
