  1. I loved to play a board game called Masterpiece where you had to bluff people with the value of a painting and try to end the game with the £10,000,000 valued one.

  2. I always loved Cluedo and Monopoly. We used to play both games when visiting extended family, it was our entertainment, we didn’t watch much tv!!

  3. My favorite was and still is Labyrinth. I absolutely loved that game and will still get it out to play as a family now.

  4. I loved Game of Life! I often played it on my own when noone was about too to see what sort of life all my characters ended up with!

  5. I loved the original game of life. For some reason I don’t like the newer ones. Boggle was also a huge favourite.

  6. Frustration was one of the only board games I can remember having from a very young age, we loved it and would play it together as siblings. Children have a great selection with Orchard games now and often reasonably priced now, wish were had access to them when we were younger.

  7. l always liked Scrabble (and still do!!) hope this counts as a board game, if not l’ll plump for trivial Pursuit

  8. My favourite game was always monopoly! I loved playing this with my brothers and cousins – lots of fun memories!

  9. I really liked Guess Who when I was young but now thinking about it, I don’t know why I never got bored of it. I used to play it every weekend. I guess that’s before tablets were invented and children TV wasn’t available 24 hours

  10. ne was Monopoly but my sister always HAD to be banker, so i use to play on my own so I could be the banker!

  11. My favourite board game as a child was she shopping trolley game, you know with the lists and the little pictures! Absolutely loved playing it with my sister. My kids love playing it too.
