Some people have lots of time to spend on their appearance. They can enjoy nine hours of sleep, spend 30 minutes in the shower, enjoy a ten-step skincare routine, and then spend another 30-plus minutes on an immaculate makeup look. Most people aren’t that lucky, unfortunately. Sometimes, you have to make the most of the time you have. That doesn’t mean you have to accept looking less-than-amazing, though. Read on to learn How to Look Great When Your Time Is Limited.

Create a Short but Effective Skincare Routine

A skincare routine is essential for beautiful skin, but that doesn’t mean it has to include eight steps each morning and evening. Instead, create a short but effective regime. A simple cleanser, toner, and moisturiser will suffice, as long as they include high-quality ingredients that work for your skin.
Sleep on Silk Pillowcases

Silk pillowcases will benefit both your skin and your hair. After sleeping on silk pillowcases, you will notice a reduction in fine lines, especially around the eye area, and hair that feels smoother and healthier. Owning silk pillowcases doesn’t change your routine in the slightest, but it has a definite impact on the way you look.
Invest in a Simple Wardrobe

A simple wardrobe full of high-quality pieces that work together is better than an overflowing wardrobe of clothes you barely wear. Not only will these clothes last longer, but having a simple wardrobe also means you won’t spend as much time getting ready in the morning.
Stick to a Sleep Routine

Your schedule might not allow for ten hours of rest on the weekend, but that doesn’t mean you can’t get into a routine. Try to get at least seven hours of sleep per night, and go to bed at the same time each evening. Doing so will help you look brighter the next day – not to mention how much better you will feel.
Train Your Hair to Need Less Shampoo

A helpful way to cut down on time while still looking great is to train your hair to need less shampoo. If you wash your hair every day, start skipping a couple of days a week. Over time, your hair won’t need to be cleaned quite so often, giving you more time in the morning. Plus, less-frequent hair washing is known to improve your hair’s health.
Find Time to De-Stress

Stress is often visible on the face. To look great even on a busy schedule, try to squeeze in some time to relax. That might mean reading a book during your lunch break, taking a Sunday morning walk, fitting a 30-minute bath into your weeknight evening once the kids are in bed. These moments are important, so prioritise them like you would your other obligations.

Are used to think that skincare was a luxury and only people who had time on their hands take care of their skin. But I have realised that a little moisturiser with SPF goes a long way.
Also, the last couple of months I have started to wash my hair every 3-4 days Also, the last couple of months I have started to wash my hair every three days rather than every other day. I never could do it when I had long hair, because I always end up getting some sort of food or paint in my hair due to my daughter but now it’s short, I realise I don’t have to wash it that often. And I have heard that is so good for your hair to allow your natural oils to moisturise it and clean it
I always moisurise and use spf I can leave my hair for days now without washing which is great

I used to be the same, now I leave it much longer, and if I am not going out will let it dry naturally as well
These are all something to consider. I’d love a silk pillowcase. I love that they are supposed to help with wrinkles and make hair look better too.
