We all want that perfect smile, one thing I always look at is someones smile and their teeth. Which is why I am looking at how to improve on your oral health.

Brushing our teeth is something we do without thinking, it has been part of our daily routine since we were babies and first had our teeth.
With so many products on the market, to help us maintain that healthy smile, plus our routine dental check ups and hygienist appointments. It really does make our lives easier.
Recently I was sent the Oclean W10 Water Flosser Portabale Oral Irrigator to review. Which takes looking after our teeth to the next level. Although, I floss I have always hated flossing.

My Opinion
I thought this would feel the same as when my dentist uses water when at the dentist. This is far more intense, but not in a horrible way. It may take you by surprise on the first use. I actually find myself looking forward to the flossing now, and have noticed it makes my teeth feel a lot cleaner.
You may notice a slight bleed on first use but this should subside it is just your gums getting used to a more intense flossing than normal.
I would definitely recommend the Oclean W10 Flosser, and have ordered one for my daughter who struggles with her teeth due to her illness.
Will you be looking to up your oral health by trying the Oclean W10 Flosser, or have you already beaten me to it and use one? If so what are your thoughts on it?

I had not heard of them before but I will have a look at them
These are brilliant arent they. Definitely save on visits to the hyginenist. I have a similar one and I love it.
they are great and hopefully will save visiting the hygenist
This looks fab, my dentist keeps telling me to floss but I just don’t get on with it. Would love to try this
I hate flossing but this is so much easier
I have a water flosser myself but I just haven’t gotten into the habit of using it yet, but I really do need to. It’s good that something like that could be intense x
I think once you start using it daily it will just be automatic like brushing your teeth is
I have very sensitive teeth and I struggle even with the softest brush of the electric toothbrush. I would be interested in trying this, as flossing is painful for me but I can’t not do it.
I think it is one of those things you need to try, you can put warm water in that may make it easier to use
Ive got no fillings and i’m 44 this year,i love looking after my teeth, and love the look of this item x
Sadly my teeth suffered terribly in pregnancy, I had very strong healthy teeth and then got pregnant with C, and was told my roots are very strong but the teeth suffered badly
Sounds like a good product – will need to look out for it!
I find it so much easier than normal flossing and I think it works better
I am not a fan of dental floss either, but I have seen these advertised and was intrigued to how good they would be. I think I might get one at some point.
I am glad it is not just me, I was really impressed once you get used to the water pressure you will find it so much easier
More and more dentists seem to be recommending these water flossers. I must admit before reading this blog I was a little sceptical about how efficient or easy they were to use but you’ve convinced me.
I have to admit I was not entirely sure I would like it or it would work, but much better than normal flossing in my view
