One thing that is important to us all is our teeth, alongside our hair it is the one thing we notice when talking to others. Which is why looking after our teeth is so important.

Experts say that brushing your teeth twice a day is enough to keep them in good condition.Brushing your teeth twice a day is enough to keep them in good condition. Experts say that brushing your teeth twice a day is enough to keep them in good condition, but there are some other things you could do for better dental hygiene.

You will all be aware of the nightmare time I had over the past year with my teeth, and just how it affected me and my confidence.  Which is why I could not have given up the opportunity to collaborate with DenTek and review their products and offer you a chance to win a lovely selection of their products.

Going Eco Friendly

As we are all trying to become Eco Friendly, DenTek is doing the same, which is great and means that as well as keeping our teeth and oral health great, we can also help the planet as well.

Earth Friendly Interdental Brushes

DenTek’s Earth Friendly Sustainable Birch Wood Interdental Brushes come in multi sized packs or single sized packs.  Made from 100% recyclable and sustainably grown Birch Wood, which is known for its positive environmental credentials and premium quality. The different sized brushes enable you to clean between both bigger gaps as well as small/tight gaps in your teeth.

Interdental brushes remove more plaque than toothbrushing alone and dentists recommend daily interdental cleaning. Cleaning inter dentally between your teeth will help you to reach the surfaces of your teeth a toothbrush cannot reach and remove plaque, a leading cause of tooth decay.

We take canvas bags everywhere just in case – we make sure we don’t use plastic bags, we also recycle, don’t own a car, and use as little energy as possible! x

We always use reusable bags and water bottles. It’s important to teach kids from a young age about the environment and cutting down on waste x

When i get a mushy tomato i slice it up and plant each slice in a small pot, usually re used yogurt potsin a halfway layer of compost, Within a couple of weeks of growing indoors on windowsill you will have lovely free tomato plants, when big enough and wesather past frost stage put them in poits or straight in garden. I got about 12 plants from each totally inedible mushy fruit. I even re use the compost after they are harvested .I also do this with pepper seeds . Free and also good for the environment .

Don’t leave the tap running while your not using the water. E.g. turn toff the tap while you’re brushing your teeth.
