I was sent the above set to try, I have been trying for Stress and Menopause and C for Migraines, and Anxiety. We have both agreed that they have helped a bit. I love that they come in a beautiful case with a mirror, tweezers and a booklet showing where you place it. Also as it is crystal it looks like jewellery rather than anything else.
I am very impressed and will be purchasing as this really does work, especially for C who does suffer.

I’d use this to help with my headaches and migraines.
I’d use them for headaches. I’ve heard lots of good things about piercing in certain places but I’m a bit of a wimp!
