Protecting Our Skin With Pharmaceris

When I was younger, my Mum always told me to use creams and moisturisers. At the time, I never listened, why should I as my skin was fine. The years seem to speed up and before you know it, you wished you had listened all those years ago. Which is why I am talking about how protecting our skin with Pharmaceris can help.

Skin Protection Is Important

It is important for us to look after our skin. We always make sure that our kids have protection on. I remember when C was in Primary School, I would put sun screen on her before school. I would also give her a roll on sunscreen to top up with at lunchtime. But, when it came to me I would be terrible at applying it.

Pharmaceris S – Safe Protective Face Cream SPF 50

Pharmaceris S - Safe Protective Face Cream SPF 50

Pharmaceris S – Safe Protective Face Cream SPF 50, creates a very high protection sun shield, against the damaging rays of the sun. Using a 100% mineral filter formula, which creates a physical screen on the skin. This will reflect and diffuse UV rays. Plus also fending off environmental aggressors such as the cold and the wind, as well as significantly neutralising free radicals responding for photoallergic reactions.

The lotion is lightweight which helps reduce

  • Sun induced eczema
  • Allergies
  • Irritation
  • Itching
  • Sunburn

The hygroscopic molecules enhance the regeneration of epidermis, which keeps the skin from feeling tight and protects the skin from excessive drying

The lotion can be used from newborns upwards, I use it as well. As even on the cloudiest, grey days the rays can still seep through the clouds.

My Opinion

Years ago I would have thought nothing of going out without some form of protection. These days, I will not leave home without some form of protection. My kids will tell you, I am forever nagging about the importance of protection on your skin.

This is definitely a great cream, that rubs into the skin easily, without leaving you with patches of cream that will not absorb.

  3. Lots of water and first wash your face in the morning and then shave careful try not to hurt yourself with shaving cream on and then was it again after with water.

  13. Recently I discovered a radiant serum. Putting it on twice a day and my skin finally stopped looking tired!

  15. I only wash my face with water and then just use a day cream and some night oil. I don’t wear make up so my skin tends to be pretty good, although sometimes a little dry.

  16. You sound like me. I’m always nagging the kids now to put SPF protection before they go out. My skin is already damaged from UV rays and I really don’t want it to happen to the kids. I like how it’s 100% mineral filter although I wonder what other brands use now.

  17. I think drinking lots of water is key to hydrating your skin and helping smooth out the lines and of course using a high factor sun cream everyday x

  18. Drink lots of water and always wear high factor sun cream and use moisturizer on your face

  19. My top tip for looking after your skin is to wear sunscreen even when it is cloudy, as UV rays penetrate through clouds.

  20. A good moisturiser that I use every day, as well as a good diet of fruit, vegetables, water.

  21. Don’t jump between various brands and products after you found one which is good for you; introduce new products slowly and gradually

  22. I always wash my face in water only and apply a moisturiser which has 15 spf . I also put on factor 30 when playing golf. I would like to try factor 50.

  23. I always use SPF on my face and use a hat to shade it further from the sun in the summer months

  24. I have very sensitive skin on my face meaning that washing with soap or using moisturizers causes red painful areas so I wash with water only and only moisturize after showering using a facial oil. I would like to use a sun screen daily but these too cause a flare up so only use on very sunny days and mix with facial oil before applying.

  25. I always take off any make up using Liz Earle cleanse and polish but vary my moisturisers – swapping between brands depending on what I can afford from Nivea to Elemis and anything in between

  26. Wear SPF 50 every day. I have been putting it on my face for the last 15 years due to a medical condition. My facial skin has aged far less than my neck and chest has!
