StressedMum
As you will know we have been doing quite a bit around our home this year. Our next project, which is currently underway is our conservatory. We are taking away our old one and replacing with a new one.
As we have not used our old conservatory properly for a few years now. It has become a storage space. We literally have all sorts stored in there. We kept looking at it and saying what are we going to do with it all.
One solution is self storageAMP, you can hire the storage units short term or long term. Which means you can move everything out while we have the works going on. It also means that once our new conservatory is up. We can look at what we want to put back in there.
You can use self storage for many reasons whether personal or business, for a short period or long term. Plus you can also feel safe knowing that your items are kept safe and secure. And that no one else can access your property. You can also choose what size storage unit you rent, which means you do not have to rent one and only use half the space.
With various self storage places around, I tend to look at things in a little more detail. As I look at the about us section to find out more about the company, reviews from customers who have used the services prior, and prices as well. With Now Storage self storage in Reading, I liked that they were a family run business since 2010, and that they offer a great service with customers returning again. We have made the decision to put our items in self storage for a short term, just to keep it out of the way while we have our new conservatory built.
Have you used self storage? If so how did you find it?
We have always been lucky enough to manage just about. I have friends that have had to use self-storage for a while and it was great for them and easy to access items when needed.
I think self storage is great for short or long term storage, and it is always nice to know there is that option as well x
I wish I could put a lot of stuff in self storage like old clothes that do not fit me anymore that I seem to keep “just in case” haha. It’s very handy when you are in the process of moving and need to store things until you are settled in your new house.
I had not thought of doing that with my clothes, I have a husband who is like an earworm going if you haven’t worn it for 6 months at least then get rid of it. I know he is right but you just never know. Self storage are greta for using if moving and need to store
Self Storage can be very handy
Never thought of doing this – thanks
