Summer Savings With Tastecard
11 July 2023

We are in July, which means we are out more. Seeing friends and family. Plus not forgetting schools break up soon. Which means 6 weeks of keeping the kids entertained. Which is why I am sharing Summer Savings With Tastecard. Especially as we are all feeling the increase in bills and food shopping. Finding ways to get out and enjoy SummerAMP and saving money is something we all look for.

I am sure I do not have to introduce tastecard to you. For any of you who have not heard of tastecard, you can save money on a variety of things.

  • Meals out – saving an average of £23 every time you dine out
  • Pizza delivery – you can save an average of £24 per pizza delivery
  • Cinema
  • Coffee breaks – saving an average of £1.20 per coffee

With the summer holidays fast approaching tastecard can make trips out that little more affordable. It is even easier if you use the tastecard app.

I can search for restaurants to eat out, which can be filtered down to

  • offer type
  • availability
  • cuisine

If out and about and need that much needed coffee break, you can find somewhere near with the best deal.

I have used this offer as C does love a Domino’s, it was easy to use through the app and find the best deals.

I have not used this yet, but have looked at this for taking the grand kids out during the holidays. Plus C is planning a trip to Thorpe Park at some stage and you can save 46% discount.

You can also save on trips to the cinema which will help on those rainy days.

Membership

If you are wanting to try tastecard they have a few membership options

  • 30 day free trial for £1
  • Yearly Membership for £29.99
  • Monthly Membership for £3.99

I have not had a chance to get out and fully use my tastecard yet, due to a few personal issues but am hoping to take advantage of a few meals out and coffee breaks when I go out for a shopping trip with C.

It is a great way to save money especially when keeping the kids entertained

I think when it first started, it used to be great as there were a lot of independent restaurants on there. But now it consists mainly of chain restaurants which we rarely eat in as we like to be adventurous and try out new foods. It is a great concept though but currently TheFork is offering 50% off food in lots of restaurants, around London and nearby which suits me better
