Begin by writing down all of your worries or all of the tasks you need to complete

This will help you to clearly identify all of your stresses and allow you to tackle each one individually. You will soon see your feelings of pressure decrease, as you begin to cross each one-off of your list.

Talk things through

You have probably heard the phrase ‘a problem shared is a problem halved’. Well this phrase has a lot of truth to it. When you share your worries with others, it can really help you to feel better and may even help you to solve some of the problems you may have.

Take regular breaks

Between your study sessions and allow yourself time to have fun and relax with your friends and family.

Create a healthy lifestyle routine

By eating well, exercising regularly and ensuring you are getting enough sleep. Poor sleep can lead to mental health problems such as anxiety and depression.

Try not to compare yourself with others

This goes for how well others are doing at school, or what your friends are sharing on social media. Direct your attention towards the real world and your own goals, concentrate on self-love and value what you have.

Try to relax and switch off from your worries

By doing more of what you love. This could be reading, drawing, watching a movie or spending time with your friends. You could even try some relaxation and breathing exercises to help reduce your stress levels.
