How To Get A Natural Glow
29 May 2024

It is no secret I do love my beauty products. Although when I was younger my Mum was always telling to me look after my skin. I never listened, thinking I had years ahead of me. Luckily, C listens to me and she loves her beauty products as much as I do.

My Current Routine

At the moment I am trying to keep everything as simple as I possibly can. My current quick and easy routine is

  • Mornings – Burts Bees Facial Wash, then Olays Day Cream. I also use Astrals Intense MoisturiserAMP
  • Evenings – As I do not wear make up now unless going out, I do another quick wash with a facial cleanser, Olays night cream and Astrals Intense Moisturiser, or a body butter
  • Throughout the day – keep hydrated

That is all I am doing at the moment. When I have more time I do love to do a proper facial etc. But we all know how life often gets in the way. So keeping your beauty regime simple ,means you can help your skin in minutes.

So, what if I told I have found a great way to help with your beauty routine. That does not include creams and lotions?

Natural Glow

Let me introduce Natural Glow, which helps with your hydration and your beauty in one can.

Natural Glow is where beauty and hydration collide. Unveiling the secret to achieving glossy and youthful looking skin is a universal desire. Effective hydration is the essential elixir for combatting lacklustre skin, nails, and hair. Natural Glow’s ultra-pure water is enriched with glycine, a key player in collagen production, and meticulously crafted with a perfect blend of electrolytes, including potassium, magnesium, chloride, and calcium.

Hydration for skin is a priority. When we keep our bodies well-hydrated, our skin looks plump, supple, and radiates with vitality. Hydrated skin also helps to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Effective hydration impacts the appearance and strength of our hair and nails from the inside out, reducing frizz, improving lacklustre hair that may break and be difficult to style, and increasing the strength of weak, brittle nails.

Natural Glow’s journey began by accident when our founder embarked on a humanitarian quest to purify water and provide it for free to the millions dependent on drinking water from rivers. Fortunately, he and his team stumbled across a revolutionary discovery, the water that was being purified and distributed was so pure it was nearly pharmaceutical grade, 99.999% pure to be precise. The desire to help more people benefit from the benefits of effective hydration led to the development of Natural Glow.

It is a little-known fact that both the quality of the water we consume and its osmolality directly affects how readily it is absorbed by the body. The more pure the water the better the absorption. Natural Glow’s osmolality is 200, the level for optimum hydration; our body craves osmolality at above 200 but less than 245, (backed by the World Health Organisation. This is supported by the addition of the perfect blend of electrolytes.

Natural Glow is available in 355ml cans as refreshing unsweetened, slightly sparkling Lemon Water infused with glycine and an electrolyte blend of potassium, magnesium, calcium and chloride. It’s calorie-free and also free of sugar, salt, caffeine.

My Thoughts

I am all for trying something that takes minimal effort, and let’s be honest having a drink is probably the easiest thing you can do. Natural Glow boasts hydration for

  • Youthful Skin
  • Beautiful Hair
  • Healthy Nails

It is suggested you drink one can in the morning and one in later afternoon or with your evening meal. Also there are no added sugars or salts, which for myself is great as I have diabetes and this has not affected my sugar levels. For those with a chronic illness you will know how effective electrolytes are. I have been using for 5 days now and will be ordering more.
