Our health is important, and often our well-being is something we do not look after properly.  I know I am the worlds worst for thinking of myself, and only take a brief step into looking after myself, when I have a meltdown.  Which is why I am sharing with you about Yumi Nutrition.

If you are like me and have the best intention of taking supplements, and start off well and then forget or put off as you do not have a drink to take them with, these are for you.

My Opinion

I have only been taking these this week, so too early to give a full review but I have noticed a slight difference.  Which makes me think they are working.  Also being gummies I find them much easier to take as I can take them at any time and can confirm that they all taste lovely .

I am sold on these as it is my ideal way to take supplements for me whether I am home, or dashing off to an appointment where I can pop them in my handbag.
