How to use

  • moisten your face with water

    It’s a classic I know, but drinking lots of water is a must. I also listen to my body wherever possible as they’re pretty good at telling us what we need!

    Check your blood pressure regularly. It’s better to know you have high pressure (or hypertension) so you can do something about it or take medicine.
