How to use

  • moisten your face with water

How to use

    My top tip would be drink lots of water you really will notice a difference (once you get over needing the toilet all the time lol)

    I can’t say I’m too healthy right now but I guess setting a manageable goal with diets meaning you’re more likely to stick at it than going for something extreme and impossible leading to failure!
