With the current situation where we have been on lockdown, the country has been at a stand still. Which has meant no trips away, we have been staying home. Which is why I have been enjoying sweet dreams with Silentnight bedding.
A night away
In normal situations, we like to have a night away once a month. With everything that goes on at home, it can get stressful. We use this to just get away and recharge our batteries, before facing the next drama or problem that awaits us.
One thing I love about a night away in a hotel, is the bedding. The crisp white sheets, it always makes me feel relaxed. To me there is nothing nicer and fresher looking.
Missing our nights away
With lockdown this has obviously meant hotels have been closed. Also we have been isolating as much as we possibly can due to C and her illness.
Silentnight contacted me to ask if I would like to review their bedding of course I said yes. I have always loved Silentnight as they offer everything you need for a good nights sleep.
I had no idea what they were going to send, but like everyone, I do love new bedding. When my parcel arrived I opened to find a bright white duvet set. Perfect timing as we had just been talking about how long lockdown would be going on for and things starting to get back to normal.
When I put the new duvet set on my bed it looked so clean and fresh and reminded me of our hotel stays. That night I after warning my husband that he is not even allowed to think about eating or drinking in bed. I settled down for a good nights sleep.
When you hear Silentnight you do know it is a brand you can trust and know of. I was a little concerned about it being white, as we have dogs who can find their way in our bedroom and on our bed. Luckily they stayed out. We have used the duvet set a few times now and each time it washes well and keeps its shape as well, which with cheaper sets this is often not the case.
If you want a feel of luxury, or if like us missing hotel stays I can recommend this duvet set.
