LOVELOX Review and Giveaway

I love jewellery, especially pieces that have a meaning to them, I am building up a lovely collection of jewellery and charms that have been gifted to me by my family.

When wearing them they always put a smile on my face, and lift my spirits.

I was recently contacted by LOVELOX and asked if I would love to review one of their beautiful pieces of jewellery.  Plus offer one of you the chance to win a beautiful locket as well.

Heart Shaped Silver Locket

silver locket

A beautiful Sterling Silver Heart locket, that is a perfectly poised piece of jewellery that showcases exquisite engineering the the hinge seamlessly designed into the flow of the heart.  And the clasp barely breaking the clean lines of the locket.  The locket is beautifully finished with expert engraving and two delicately placed photos which make a very special gift.

inside locket

I opted for two pictures that are very special to me.

  • The picture of C, I was having a photography lesson from my husband and C had been my model, we had finished and I just called her name and she turned and looked.  This was taken a few weeks before she became ill, and has always been one of my favourites
  • The second picture is one where we had been messing about and she asked Daddy to take a picture

I love the locket both for its style and quality, to the images placed inside that did not loose any of their sharpness is the process.  Definitely a great piece of jewellery to have as a keepsake.

My husband made a woodbox that he engraved himself. Inside there were pound coins that he’d been saving all year so that we could go choose a diamond ring together. My engagement ring is cubic zirconia and I adore it, but he always said he wished he’d been able to get me a diamond. I refused to replace my engagement ring but we did choose another beautiful ring together.

The best present I’ve ever had is my car, when my Grandad gave up driving, at 93!, he gifted his car to me. Its now 24 years old and still going. I still call it my Grandpas car and I will be gutted the day I have to get rid of it.

A bottle of perfume …. but it’s sentimental value was much more! It was a gift for helping the old lady that lived next to my workplace. She had locked her self out and I climbed a ladder to a second floor window to unlock the front door for her! She has since passed but I regard it as a very special gift she was a special lady!
