Keeping Cool With Mamas Moments Essential Kit

All Mums have been a Mum to be, we understand everything that pregnancy throws at us.  From finding out we are pregnant, to the sickness, the emotions and much more.  As we do all we can to ensure our baby grows.

When I was pregnant with C, I was pregnant through out the summer.  Once I had got over the 24/7 sickness and could finally return back to work.  I had to endure the hottest days of summer with what felt like a hot water bottle strapped to me.  I would literally walk in from work, strip off and sit in front of the fan to try to cool down.

Forecasters are predicting that the UK will have one of the hottest summers in a decade, which is great, but not so great for any mum to be. The Natural Birthing Company understand how this affects pregnant mums to be and have the perfect kit to help keep you cool during the long hot summer days and nights.

I’d love to win this for my pregnant wife. We’re expecting our first child in September and anything to help us through this crazy time would be great.

I remember being pregnant with my first during the summer and my husband went and bought me an air con unit and I spent so much time in my bedroom stripped off with the air con unit on 🤣

Had to have the fan going in the bedroom. It was cooling, but also produced white noise which was very soothing and induced sleep.

My top tip to staying cool, is buy one of those spray water fans add a few ice cubes to it and spray on the points like the back of your neck, your wrists and its also very good to soak your feet in bucket full of ice and water. It’s helped me alot when I had my twins in the middle of a heat wave.
