Going Back To My Childhood With Panda Sweets

One thing that often takes you back to your childhood with happy memories is sweets.  I know I am showing my age but I used to love going into a sweet shop and getting penny sweets or asking for a quarter of sweets.

I was recently contacted by Panda Sweets to ask if I would like to review one of their sweet boxes.  As a lover of sweets (as is my family) I could hardly refuse.

About Panda Sweets

Panda Sweets have every sweet you can think of and more such as

  • Boiled Sweets
  • Jelly Sweets
  • Sherbet
  • Marshallow
  • Toffee
  • Fudge
  • Liquorice and much more

Designing and producing their own selection of sweet gifts packed with all your favourite sweets and treats.  From sweet boxes, traditional sweet jars and hampers.

Pick N Mix Sweet Box

pick n mix

I was sent the Pick N Mix Sweet Box to review, which is packed with 1kg of sweets which will have your favourite included.

  • jelly sweets
  • fizzy sweets
  • marshmallow sweets
  • chocolate sweets

The box costs £7.49.

Our Opinion

I could have kept these quiet and eaten them myself, but am not that mean and did share with my family.  I feel we are experts on sweets now and that we could give an honest review.

The sweets arrive fully secure in a bag which you empty into the box provided, so you can see the full selection clearly.  I would have loved to have listed every variety of sweets included in the box, but there is far too many to list.  We all agreed that the selection is great and something to include everyones favourite.

We had these on Sunday afternoon while watching a film together.  The box is great for passing around and if you have any left easy to secure and keep safe until next time.

This is one of the best gift boxes of sweets I have had, and worth every penny.  I am definitely going to be ordering more from them and these would make great christmas presents or birthday presents.

What is your favourite sweet?

I am not familiar with Panda Sweets but they do look like something I would enjoy! If we had that here, I would get some and share with my grandson. He’d be so happy he’d think it is Halloween candy.

We all have sweet teeth at mine. I think that wouldn’t have lasted long with us. We like a range of sweets including fudge and jelly sweets.

I don’t care how old you are , you can not beat old school sweets from your childhood . I have a bag hidden away from the kids in my wardrobe 🙂

I agree you are never too old for pick n mix, I don’t think you are a proper parent if you don’t have sweets hidden x

Has to be the jelly snakes but buying them in pic n mix you may as well be buying gold as they’re one of the heaviest! haha
