One thing that is important to us all is our teeth, alongside our hair it is the one thing we notice when talking to others. Which is why looking after our teeth is so important.

Experts say that brushing your teeth twice a day is enough to keep them in good condition, but there are some other things you could do for better dental hygiene.

You will all be aware of the nightmare time I had over the past year with my teeth, and just how it affected me and my confidence.  Which is why I could not have given up the opportunity to collaborate with DenTek and review their products and offer you a chance to win a lovely selection of their products.

Going Eco Friendly

As we are all trying to become Eco Friendly, DenTek is doing the same, which is great and means that as well as keeping our teeth and oral health great, we can also help the planet as well.

Earth Friendly Interdental Brushes

DenTek’s Earth Friendly Sustainable Birch Wood Interdental Brushes come in multi sized packs or single sized packs.  Made from 100% recyclable and sustainably grown Birch Wood, which is known for its positive environmental credentials and premium quality. The different sized brushes enable you to clean between both bigger gaps as well as small/tight gaps in your teeth.

Interdental brushes remove more plaque than toothbrushing alone and dentists recommend daily interdental cleaning. Cleaning inter dentally between your teeth will help you to reach the surfaces of your teeth a toothbrush cannot reach and remove plaque, a leading cause of tooth decay.

• Handle made from recyclable and sustainable Birch Wood
• Tapered brush narrows at the tip to comfortably enter extra tight spaces
• Expertly designed comfort wire that fits extra tight spaces comfortably
• Brush bends to create custom angles for easier access to clean between all teeth and braces
• Includes a recyclable Sugar Cane cap to keep brushes clean between uses
• Comes in recyclable cardboard packaging

If waiting for hit water to come through the tap don’t let the cold run down the drain. Keep a 2 litre bottle next to the sink and collect until the hot comes through and use for other things like watering plants
