    I make use of a solution of Milton to clean off tea and/ or coffee stains from cups and mugs. Very effective.

    When you notice your drain is starting to clog/run slow, pour 1/2 cup of baking soda down it, followed by a 1/2 cup of vinegar. Cover with a wet cloth, wait five minutes and then flush with hot water.

    Use your washing powder as a general cleaner. It really cuts through dirt, grime and grease, very good on shower trays, baths and sinks. Put some down the loo and watch the stains disappear, no need for other high priced cleaners.

    Time your cleaning sessions, if you set yourself a set time to spend on cleaning you are more likely to achieve more in that time.

    use white vinegar for cleaning glass, it will pong for a short while but the smell soon disappears, its fantastic for cleaning our glass dining table and the windows

    Use your old socks as dusters, put them on your hand and dust away!

    with scuffs on wooden floor – use wet corner of towel to wet the scuff dry with damp sponge then rub a tennis ball over it- it works a treat

    Pure white vinigar in a spray bottle on ‘re tiles leave for an hour then clean they come up amazing
