The ups and downs of living with a teen

Epsilon.Life Vitamin D Review

I was contacted by Epsilon.Life to ask if I would like to work with them and review their Vitamin D supplement.  I was intrigued to see if it worked, so agreed to review it.

They sent me through a bottle of Vitamin D tablets, which contains 360 tablets, which is near enough a years supply.

I thought I would wait until I had tried the tablets out before writing my review, as how could I review something that I did not know would work or if I would find any improvement.

We all know the benefits of Vitamin D which is produced by sunlight, but in the colder darker, grey miserable weather we get in winter it is pretty hard to find, also for those working shift work and sleep during the day.  Which is why this product is marketed as Sunlight in a bottle.

Just taking the Vitamin D supplement daily they claim will improve Muscle Function, Strengthens Teeth and Bones and improves the Immune System.

So once I received the tablets through, I started taking 1 a day, I have only been on them a short time so hard to say what the long term effects will be, but so far I have felt healthier and not had any of the many bugs that have been going around.

  1. It would be interesting to see the long term effects of this on your mood, as I know we get Vitamin D from sunlight as well as certain food like milk, cheese and oily fish. It’s great that they give a proportion of their sales to the MS charity.

    1. This is why I waited a while before writing my review, as wanted to see if they would make a difference, not been taking them that long but am hoping they continue they way they have

    1. I am happy so far and have only been taking them a short while, so far so good with all the bugs that seem to be going around as well. I do also love the fact that they donate to charity as well

  2. I need to get some good vitamin d pills, however with my deficiency, I need really strong 50000 IUD ones and I can only buy them in the Netherlands but once my vitamin d level is right again, I could look into this brand. I read about them on a different blog before and it was a very positive review too.

    1. This is what drew me to trying the supplement, as everyone always feels better in the summer so I will keep taking my Sunshine in a Bottle

    1. I admit I hadn’t either really, but do think it is going to be something I do take all the time now, and to get a years supply is great as you usually only get a month or so.

    1. I have never taking Vitamin D before so was not really sure whether they would have any affect or if they did would I notice much of a difference, but I am the only one who has not had a cold or bug so far.

    1. I have had multi vitamins before, but never just the one thing, this covers everything that I would take a vitamin for, and so far it seems to be starting to help

    1. I hope you are happy with the results, and don’t forget to use the STRESSEDMUM discount code to get £5 off your order

    1. My mood has been quite low this week, but that is due to events that have happened rather than anything else but am hoping these help bring me back to normal, and keep my immune system up and running
