The ups and downs of living with a teen

Goodbye November – Hello December

ย

Sorry this is a bit late, but it has been one of those weeks.

How was November for you? Ours was busy, but the main event was after waiting over 18 months since his accident, my husband finally had his operation on his knee, unfortunately, we will not know if this is a success or if they have managed to repair it properly until he goes back to the hospital next month, so we are keeping everything crossed.

November also saw my Daughter turn 12, how that happened I will never know, only seems like a few months ago she was a baby, she had a great birthday and was thoroughly spoilt as always ๐Ÿ™‚

So December, how quickly has this year gone.

It has not started too well for my Daughter as she has been off school ill this week, but today is the first day she has felt brighter, although she did go to school on Wednesday but was far too soon as she came down bad again by the afternoon,

So who has their decorations up? we havenโ€™t yet we have got a tree up in the studio but we had a christmas shoot today with one of our fantastic models who we love working with. We are hoping to get them up this weekend, but I am just not feeling christmas yet, I think because it starts far too early these days. Oh dear, I am sounding like some old miserable scrooge.

I have started christmas shopping and sorting out for the big day.

So, how was November for you did you have a good one?

How are you getting on preparing for christmas? are you one of those organised people who have it all sorted? Or like me and still has tons to do?

Thank you for visiting x

  8. I have it all sorted out but I am taking my time, I do not want to allow the holiday stress to kick in…I am juggling enough as it is, I do not have to have decor up early so it is a process for me.
