Love them of loathe them e-cigs are becoming more and more popular, some for the right reasons and some for the latest trend, and with it being such an expensive time of year and one where we are socialising a lot more than normal, trying to save those pennies or maybe look at our new years revolutions this is somewhere to start.

I do not condone using them just to fit in with the crowd or to make you look cool, but if used as an aide to stop smoking then I do fully endorse the use.

Smoking is easy you go to the shop and buy whichever brand of cigarettes you smoke and off you go, but if you want to stop and want to try vaping, that is a whole new world of experience.  Starting with which device you want to use.
With christmas and new year the time when people want to make changes to their lives, and give up smoking now is the ideal time to start looking and doing a bit of research into what would work best for you.

Kits are the best way to start as you get everything you need, you just need to decide on which device to go for, my advice would be to pop in a shop and see what they have on offer and to try the various devices and then look online for a better bargain, like Vapelux.

Once you have chosen which device you feel more comfortable with, you then have the choice of the e-liquids, you get the choice of nicotine strength and depending on how much you smoke normally will depend on which strength you go for.

I know a few people who have smoked for years and wanted to give up and everytime they tried they would fail and be back smoking, these same people have tried e-cigs and found that they have kicked their habit and stopped smoking totally.

If you are looking to give up and unsure about what to do then have a look at Vapelux who are a mind of information, or ask family or friends who have tried them. Or try one of the disposable e-cigs that are on offer come already to use and cheaper than a packet of cigarettes.

I really don’t get the e-cigarette craze, especially as a smoker. They are nothing like the real thing and are just as bad as smoking anyway, in fact, I think studies show worse than tobacco. A lot of places are banning them as I agree they should, if it says no smoking I agree that should mean e-cigarette as well. I am looking forward to my quitting smoking all together after the first of year, cold turkey for me.

I don’t get the craze to just use e-cigarettes but I do see them as an aide for some to stop smoking, and I do agree they should be banned altogether from being used indoors

My partner and I started vaping when I found out I was pregnant, I don’t have nicotine in mine but it certainly helps me not to crave a cigarette.
I will have to check out this site to see what they have to offer xx
