Blogtober Day 26 – Top Ten All Time Favourite Songs

It is Day 26 already, not long to go now, and today you get to find out my top ten all time favourite songs.
Dancing Queen – Everybody and I mean everybody. who know me knows that this is my all time favourite song, at a party I always request it, if I am out and here it in a shop or pub I have to sing it ( much to my Daughters embarrassment).

Come What May – From the film ‘Moulin Rouge’, I love this film and this song is so powerful for a love song and we had it played during our wedding ceremony, so holds a special place in my heart.

First Time Ever I Saw Your Face – By Roberta Flack. This is mine and my husbands song, last year it was played on loads of adverts and just seemed to be everywhere, which drove my husband mad as I would always say ‘aww this is our song’

I Will Survive – Such a great song, I can belt this out as if I was on stage singing to a huge audience, but it also has great meaning and a great message.

Bye Bye Baby – I used to be a huge fan of the Bay City Rollers, I used to run home from school to watch them, had all the tartan, and yes I know this really shows my age.

Puppy Love – I used to love Donny Osmond as well, but this song has so much meaning as it is the last thing I remember my Grandma buying me before she died when I was 6, and the memories behind this song are always there.

I Will Always Love you – I have had a few embarrassing moments with this song, and have even sung this in a karaoke thanks to my lovely Daughter

Fame – This song always brings a smile on my face and remembering Sunday evenings at 7pm

Somewhere – No idea why I just love this song

So there you have my top 10 all time favourite songs.  I am sure they have given you a laugh.
What is your favourite song?
