Epsilon.Life Vitamin D Review

I was contacted by Epsilon.Life to ask if I would like to work with them and review their Vitamin D supplement.  I was intrigued to see if it worked, so agreed to review it.

They sent me through a bottle of Vitamin D tablets, which contains 360 tablets, which is near enough a years supply.

I thought I would wait until I had tried the tablets out before writing my review, as how could I review something that I did not know would work or if I would find any improvement.

We all know the benefits of Vitamin D which is produced by sunlight, but in the colder darker, grey miserable weather we get in winter it is pretty hard to find, also for those working shift work and sleep during the day.  Which is why this product is marketed as Sunlight in a bottle.

Just taking the Vitamin D supplement daily they claim will improve Muscle Function, Strengthens Teeth and Bones and improves the Immune System.

So once I received the tablets through, I started taking 1 a day, I have only been on them a short time so hard to say what the long term effects will be, but so far I have felt healthier and not had any of the many bugs that have been going around.

It would be interesting to see the long term effects of this on your mood, as I know we get Vitamin D from sunlight as well as certain food like milk, cheese and oily fish. It’s great that they give a proportion of their sales to the MS charity.

This is why I waited a while before writing my review, as wanted to see if they would make a difference, not been taking them that long but am hoping they continue they way they have

This is really interesting, it would be interesting to see how you feel after you have taken the 360 day course – it’s great that they give some of the proceeds to charity too =)

I am happy so far and have only been taking them a short while, so far so good with all the bugs that seem to be going around as well. I do also love the fact that they donate to charity as well

I need these as I have a severe vitamin deficiency and this sounds great. I like that they donate sales too.

I like that they donate as well and even after a short time I do feel better than I did before.

I would also be interested to hear of the long term benefits. Maybe you could do a follow up in a few months?

That is a great idea, I did think about maybe doing a follow up at some stage

I need to get some good vitamin d pills, however with my deficiency, I need really strong 50000 IUD ones and I can only buy them in the Netherlands but once my vitamin d level is right again, I could look into this brand. I read about them on a different blog before and it was a very positive review too.

I have only read positive reviews on them, and having been taking them I have nothing negative to say either

I think it would be great to take these as a supplement, as we don’t get much sunshine in this country to get the vitamin d from sunshine. Its good that they donate too.

This is what drew me to trying the supplement, as everyone always feels better in the summer so I will keep taking my Sunshine in a Bottle

I admit I hadn’t either really, but do think it is going to be something I do take all the time now, and to get a years supply is great as you usually only get a month or so.

I have never taking Vitamin D before so was not really sure whether they would have any affect or if they did would I notice much of a difference, but I am the only one who has not had a cold or bug so far.

  9. 8th January 2016 / 2:46 pm

I have never been taking vitamin D supplement but I usually invest in some that contain many vitamins, I am curious to see long-term review.

I have had multi vitamins before, but never just the one thing, this covers everything that I would take a vitamin for, and so far it seems to be starting to help

  10. 8th January 2016 / 3:10 pm

This is definitely interesting and I always feel that I need Vitamin D as well. Will be checking this one out and hoping for good results!

      8th January 2016 / 10:57 pm

My mood has been quite low this week, but that is due to events that have happened rather than anything else but am hoping these help bring me back to normal, and keep my immune system up and running

  13. 8th January 2016 / 11:37 pm

This seems like the perfect time of year to take a vitamin D supplement. I would be interested to hear your opinion of them after you have taken them for a month or two.
