As I am a newbie to blogging, You may have read my New Beginnings New Beginnings post where I introduced myself to you all.
I have loved following other bloggers on Twitter and also Facebook. There really are some fantastic blogs out there. I can find myself so engrossed reading other people’s blogs that I forget that I am also supposed to be writing and updating my blog.
I joined a Facebook group, and Gemma from xgembeanx’s blog asked if I would like to be tagged in the ‘Eleven Things Tag’. I really was not sure what it was, so had a look and thought, ok why not, looks like fun.
So Gemma has sent me the following 11 questions to answer
1. what would you do if you won the lottery?
The first thing I would do if I won the lottery, would be to book a holiday. Get away for a week or two, to let it sink in. Then on coming home, I would look to build my dream home. A converted barn or buy a plot of land and build our own family home. With everything just how we want it. I know my husband would have a list of cars and photography equipment he would want to buy as well.
2. whats your most embarrassing moment?
I have so many embarrassing moments, honestly. I am one of those people, if it is going to happen to anyone it is going to happen to me. Maybe this is something that I can blog about another time. But will give you a taster. I was about 18-19 and out with my mates, we were in a pub and there was an upper section and lower section. We were in the lower section, having a good time. I heard a boy saying nice things about me. I walked past started to go up the stairs and tripped and fell flat on my face. I got my friends out of there as quickly as I could.
3. if you could go back in time & change 1 thing what would it be?
Again, I have a few answers to this one. But my 1 biggest regret was my grandparents never meeting my gorgeous daughter. They were desperate to have a great-grandchild, but the timing was not right. They would have adored her and that is one of my biggest regrets in life.
4. would you ever go on big brother?
I love the program (although I did not watch this last series), but no I would never go on Big Brother. I am one of those people who can get on with anyone, but I can get wound up with drama queens and would find it harder and harder to not say anything.
5. what did you want to be when you were little?
I wanted to be a hairdresser, which all my friends would laugh about now, I am terrible with my hair these days.
6. if you could 1 thing about yourself what would it be?
I am assuming this is change 1 thing. I would like to say I am perfect and change nothing, but know it is not true. It would probably be not take things to heart so much, I like everyone to be happy and nice to everyone and I do not like unhappiness, and I can take things to heart a bit too much
7. whats the most unusual conversation you have had?
This is a hard one, at my age there probably isn’t a conversation I have not had, my poor husband is the one who usually gets my stupid questions and topics. But I really can not think of anything of the top of my head, so will come back to this one.
8. whats the last thing you dressed up as for fancy dress?
We went to an 80’s themed party so lycra and the bright colours, big hair and blue eyeliner, blue mascara and the shimmer lipstick 🙂
9. whats you favourite cartoon character (we all have 1 lol)
Can I say Minions, I love them and keep telling my daughter I want a real life one. If not has to be Bugs Bunny.
10 if you could learn any language what would it be?
Spanish or Italian
11. have you ever done something really unbelievable, only to have no one round to see it?
I probably have done, but can not think of anything off the top of my head.
I promise I will come back to update, my answers on the two where I went blank.
I hope you have enjoyed the questions and answers, and if you would like to join in on the ‘Eleven Things Tag’. Please comment below or drop me a message and I will tag you into eleven questions
